6. Immonet internet portal

We present a real estate and rental offer on our website, which we represent and manage as a customer on the real estate portal Immonet ( We use an iframe for this (also called inline frame). This is an HTML element to display our web content at Immonet in a defined area on our website within the browser. In layman's terms, this means that we have set up windows within our site, on the "Rental Objects" and "Properties" pages, in which we obtain content from our accounts, from the servers at Immonet, and display them within our website.

If you visit a page with such an IFrame, your browser establishes a direct connection to the respective servers of the provider Immonet, which transmits the respective content on the website to your browser and displays it. This will give information to these providers including the IP address that your browser has accessed this page, as they could not send the content to your browser without the IP address and is therefore required. It is not necessary for you to maintain an account / profile with the provider.

If you are a logged-in user of this portal on the currently used device, your visit can be assigned to your respective profile and you give correspondingly more information. The same happens if you interact with the functions, e.g. by filling out the contact form. Therefore the terms and conditions, consumer information and the privacy policy for the real estate portal are offered on the contact form. Furthermore, each real estate ad is provided with a link to the imprint of the provider. If you would like to have more privacy, we recommend that you log out of your Immonet account before visiting our or other websites if you have an account there.
